It seeks to reexamine the classical conception of sovereignty and address whether traditional doctrine remains relevant in the face of new determinants such as security, technology, and international law.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will also analyze current models of national sovereignty, reflecting on how to modernize representative institutions\u2014namely Parliament and the President\u2014to respond more effectively to crises and avoid constitutional conflicts.
