On 17 December 2024 we had the honour of hosting two talented Polish artists in a piano concert, which was also the last event at the PAN Scientific Station in Paris in 2024.
- Mr Dawid Rytel, a student of the Private Music School in Otwock, who despite his young age has participated and succeeded in numerous national and international competitions. For the audience gathered during the concert, he performed four pieces – by G. MiĆkiewicz, L. van Bethoven, I.J. Paderewski and F. Chopin.
- Ms Aleksandra Bobrowska, a graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester and the Haute école de musique in Geneva, took us on a musical journey with her performance, accompanied by stories about inspirations and links between composers and their works. She played several pieces by Frédéric Chopin and other European composers who influenced the work of this Polish-French pianist. The artist ended her concert with a piece inspired by Chopin, composed by the French pianist Audric de Oliveira, who was one of the guests of the event.
We would like to thank the pianists for an unforgettable concert, as well as the audience for their presence and inspiring discussions. The event was a wonderful culmination of 2024!
